About the role

  • Manage daily execution and scaling of lead generation campaigns
  • Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to implement improvements
  • Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights
  • Support senior buyers by expanding testing and campaign variations
  • Ensure timely reporting and communication within the team

Requirements

  • 6+ months of experience in digital marketing or paid ads
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads (Meta)
  • Understanding of performance metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS)
  • Analytical thinking and basic optimization skills
  • English — Upper-Intermediate or higher
  • Fast learner with a proactive mindset
  • Ready to work in a hybrid format (2–3 days/week in Warsaw office)
