Requirements
6+ months of experience in digital marketing or paid ads
Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads (Meta)
Understanding of performance metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS)
Analytical thinking and basic optimization skills
English — Upper-Intermediate or higher
Fast learner with a proactive mindset
Ready to work in a hybrid format (2–3 days/week in Warsaw office)
