Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial support teams, working in strategic partnership with the Sales department
  • Develop strategies to improve the customer experience
  • Manage complaints and ensure effective resolutions
  • Monitor team performance metrics and propose improvements
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, portfolio growth, and achievement of business targets
  • Conduct strategic client visits and support the sales team to strengthen relationships
  • Maintain direct interface with clients, regional teams, and account executives to maximize business opportunities
  • Handle strategic negotiations and complex requests to improve agility and delivery efficiency
  • Optimize processes and operational workflows to reduce rework and enhance the customer experience
  • Implement improvements and automations in partnership with IT, including solutions on the client’s website
  • Define and implement SLAs to ensure agile, standardized, and high-quality service

Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer service (contractor/B2B), within financial institutions such as FIDCs (Receivables Investment Funds)
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
