About the role
- Investment Products Associate leading product strategy and initiatives at Satispay. Focused on investment product development and regulatory compliance in a dynamic fintech environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of new investment product initiatives - with a focus on simplicity, transparency, and user-centric design
- Define, evaluate and pursue strategic business lines for potential future investment products offering - exploring areas such as crypto, thematic investments, pensions, trading platform, robo-advisory
- Navigate and operate effectively within a regulated financial institution - balancing innovation with strong risk and compliance frameworks
- Serve in management capacity of the licensed MIFID investment firm - ensuring adherence to all relevant regulatory obligations
- Relationship building and stakeholder engagement - build and maintain relationships with key marketplace participants, including traditional investment and blockchain platforms and fund managers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams - (Product, Legal, Compliance, Operations) to bring new investment offerings to market
- Act as a thought partner on the long-term growth and direction of Satispay’s investment offering.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in financial services, ideally in investment product development, strategy, or within a regulated investment firm.
- Track record of successfully driving new business initiatives – from concept to execution.
- Strong understanding of EU financial regulations – with direct experience navigating MIFID II frameworks and/or VASP/MiCA crypto framework; You are also familiar with regulatory regimes in Luxembourg and/or Italy.
- Strong Interest or experience in digital assets or crypto markets – considered a strong plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset – with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Passion for Fintech and innovation – you are excited by Fintech and enjoy working in a dynamic, evolving environment.
- Language proficiency – you are fluent in English, with knowledge of Italian considered a strong advantage.
