Responsibilities
Support the execution and monitoring of compensation and personnel budgeting routines, contributing to data organization and analysis, maintenance of salary structures, and support for compensation policies aligned with company strategy.
Assist in collecting and organizing data for market salary analyses, contributing to the evaluation of the company’s competitiveness.
Help update and maintain job descriptions and salary tables.
Support the monitoring of compensation metrics and salary movements, ensuring organized information and control records.
Provide support in the preparation, updating, and monitoring of the personnel budget.
Assist in the execution and control of variable compensation programs (quarterly and annual), organizing data and tracking deadlines.
Requirements
Intermediate to advanced Excel.
Basic knowledge of compensation and personnel budgeting.
Strong organizational skills and ability to analyze data.
Knowledge of people-related metrics is a plus (headcount, personnel cost, movements).
Familiarity with HR systems and control spreadsheets.
