- Support the execution and monitoring of compensation and personnel budgeting routines, contributing to data organization and analysis, maintenance of salary structures, and support for compensation policies aligned with company strategy.
- Assist in collecting and organizing data for market salary analyses, contributing to the evaluation of the company’s competitiveness.
- Help update and maintain job descriptions and salary tables.
- Support the monitoring of compensation metrics and salary movements, ensuring organized information and control records.
- Provide support in the preparation, updating, and monitoring of the personnel budget.
- Assist in the execution and control of variable compensation programs (quarterly and annual), organizing data and tracking deadlines.
