Responsibilities
Structure, negotiate and obtain approval from the Executive Board and Board of Directors for financing transactions appropriate to the Company’s projects through analysis of costs, risks, maturities and other transaction characteristics, seeking to optimize capital structure and reduce financial expenses;
Act as the PMO for financial transactions, coordinating all stages of contracting: negotiations with financial institutions, preparation of approval materials, disbursement control, monitoring of conditions precedent and compliance with contractual obligations;
Develop and propose debt structures aligned with the Company’s needs (cash flow, currency, maturity and strategy), considering the specifics of the Corporate center, subsidiaries and regional units;
Lead studies and projects to generate value through structured financial solutions (debt, capital markets, securitizations, guarantees, insurance and related instruments);
Monitor financial indicators related to cash, indebtedness, profitability, liquidity, covenants and adherence to budget and financial policies;
Maintain strategic relationships with commercial banks, development banks, investment banks, securitization firms, institutional investors and Debt Capital Markets (DCM) teams, ensuring access to capital and competitive financial products;
Negotiate restructurings, refinancings and contractual waivers, ensuring compliance with financial obligations and mitigation of operational risks;
Act as an interface with external stakeholders (regulatory agencies, investors, credit rating agencies), monitoring regulatory aspects and ensuring compliance with applicable legislation;
Ensure governance and organization of the area’s data and documents, including contracts, financial simulations, obligation controls and regulatory monitoring.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related fields;
Solid experience in Structured Finance and capital markets;
Experience in debt fundraising transactions (e.g., debentures, CRI, CCB, securitizations and related instruments);
Experience managing receivables portfolios and complex financial structures;
Strong command of financial mathematics (interest rates, discounted cash flow, cost of debt);
Strong analytical ability with a systemic view of processes and controls;
Experience interfacing with financial institutions and structuring transactions;
Advanced Office suite skills (especially Excel);
Experience in people management and team development;
Experience with SAP (accounting/financial module);
Experience in high-volume receivables environments;
Experience implementing or improving financial processes and controls.
