Responsibilities
Strengthen customer relationships and collaborate closely with field-based Sales Specialists
Contribute directly to achieving annual sales targets
Drive the renewal of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for preventative maintenance
Review Service quotes to ensure accuracy and compliance with established service-level parameters
Identify opportunities for planned maintenance and preparing corresponding service contract (SLA) quotations for smaller accounts and start-ups
Actively participate in weekly departmental conference calls and bi-weekly service contract discussions
Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with management, coworkers, and customers, including responding by e-mail and phone
Requirements
Associate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of at least 2 years of industry experience and/or technical or military training
3+ years of experience in Sales or Sales Support, ideally within the biopharmaceutical sector
Strong command of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Excellent written and oral communication skills
