About the role

  • IT Support Analyst providing incident management and onsite IT support to over 1000 users in the UK. Collaborating with teams to ensure service level agreements are met and equipment is fit for purpose.

Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite IT support for all end user equipment and associated software
  • Solve first and second-level incidents and service requests in our Service Management Systems
  • Prepare IT equipment for new starters
  • Assist other IT functions as needed with physical presence

Requirements

  • Technical background in IT support or similar experience in a medium to large organization
  • Knowledge and experience of installing laptops using SCCM, MS Office 365, Windows 11, Active Directory, Azure, MFA, and AV systems
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks when necessary
  • Ability to adjust approach accordingly in a vibrant work environment
  • Willingness to carry out site visits for support across the UK
