Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Primarily focused on recruiting for senior international positions, within Sales and Solutions
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to find the best fit for open roles.
Oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates.
Build and nurture relationships with external partners and vendors to support recruitment efforts.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the financial services/fintech or software industry.
Proven track record of successfully hiring for a variety of roles and levels.
Motivation to active source and find the best talent yourself.
Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Proficiency in both English and German is essential for this role.
