About the role

  • Coordinate financial processes and client relations for Santillana Brasil, ensuring efficiency across administrative functions. Lead improvements and support decision-making in financial operations.

Responsibilities

  • Financial Management: Conduct financial analyses to support strategic decisions;
  • Reassess financial simulations and propose adjustments according to scenarios and demands;
  • Prepare and report liabilities, especially those related to termination penalties;
  • Prepare databases for reconciliations and perform markup and advance calculations;
  • Issue settlement notices and monitor portability payment processes;
  • Request payments and open workflows (WF), ensuring compliance and efficiency in processes.
  • Registration and Documentation: Supervise the registration of new clients, ensuring data integrity and quality;
  • Manage the cleansing and maintenance of existing records;
  • Control and keep delivery addresses updated;
  • Validate and organize documentation required for internal processes and audits.
  • Control and Reporting: Monitor the status of requests via CRM, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables maintain quality;
  • Prepare weekly reports with operational and financial indicators;
  • Promote visibility, control and efficiency in the department's processes.

Requirements

  • Education: Degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
  • Experience: Hands-on experience with financial routines, incentive calculation and payments;
  • Experience leading teams and interfacing between administrative and financial areas;
  • Experience with ERP systems and corporate CRMs.
  • Technical Knowledge: Advanced Excel (analyses and dashboards);
  • Proficiency with tools such as TOTVS, Pegasus, Dynamics or similar;
  • Control and management of operational and financial indicators.
