Responsibilities
- Analyze contracts and enter information into the ERP system (TOTVS).
- Support the calculation and payment of copyright royalties, ensuring correct execution of the area's financial processes.
- Perform accounting routines, including calculation of accounts payable, due-date control, and cash flow monitoring.
- Issue payments, sales statements, and receipts.
- Support accounting closing activities related to copyrights.
- Provide email support to vendors and partners for accounting reconciliation and clarification of information.
- Review internal controls and assist business and management areas.
- Collaborate with the team to improve processes and enhance the ERP module, aiming to automate routines and increase operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience in contract analysis and financial and accounting routines.
- Experience with TOTVS ERP is a plus.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented profile.
- Proactive and solution-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
