Responsibilities
- Unterstützung des 2nd Level Supports
- Unterstützung bei der Administration der IT-Infrastruktur (Server, Clients, Drucker, Kommunikationssysteme, Netzwerkkomponenten und Software)
- Betreuung der Microsoft 365 Umgebung
- Steuerung und enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen IT-Infrastruktur Dienstleistern
- Ansprechpartner und Support für Fachabteilungen bei IT-Infrastrukturthemen
- Strategische, zukunftsorientierte Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Systemlandschaft
- Steuerung von kleineren IT-Projekten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Dienstleistern und Fachabteilungen
- Mitarbeit bei Test, Update, Releasewechsel und Roll-Out von Hard- und Softwarelösungen
- Unterstützung im internationalen Firmenumfeld
Requirements
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Umfangreiche Kenntnisse in den folgenden Bereichen: Domänenadministration (Microsoft Active Directory)
- Client- und Serverbetriebssysteme (Microsoft, optional Linux)
- Administration von Microsoft 365
- Server Virtualisierung
- Koordination von Dienstleistern
- Netzwerk- und Firewall Technologie von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im Bereich Etikettendruck von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im industriellen Produktionsumfeld sowie im Projektmanagement von Vorteil
