About the role

  • Product Lead for Sanlam Group overseeing Loyalty & Rewards integration and delivery. Collaborating with multiple stakeholders to achieve product objectives across SLS.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall product and delivery roadmap across SLS, ensuring milestones are achieved.
  • Coordinate with Tech, Data, and Ops teams to deliver integrations and product rollouts.
  • Monitor dependencies across business units and proactively mitigate delivery risks.
  • Serve as the key product interface between Sanlam Group Loyalty & Rewards and SLS product houses.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma and the required Certification with 8 to 10 years related experience.
  • Strong product management and delivery leadership experience in financial services.
  • Experience working with multiple product houses or business units.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills at senior and executive level.
  • Deep understanding of customer value propositions and rewards integration.
