About the role

  • Lead the planning and delivery of medium-to-large-scale, high-impact events including client engagements, staff functions, thought-leadership forums, and more
  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, and business teams to design experiences that reflect our brand and resonate with audiences
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, venues, and service providers for seamless execution
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and logistics with precision
  • Track, analyze, and report on event ROI and KPIs like lead generation and attendance conversion
  • Manage and optimize virtual and hybrid event experiences

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in events, marketing, project management or brand experience
  • A creative thinker with a passion for storytelling through events
  • A detail-obsessed organizer who thrives under pressure
  • A collaborator who can work across teams and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Proficient in MS Forms, Formstack, and SAP4/HANA
