About the role

  • Manager for motorcycle financing lifecycle at PayJoy, focusing on growth, operations, and risk policies. Overseeing lead generation, collections, and GPS installation for the motorcycle vertical.

Responsibilities

  • Owns the full lifecycle of motorcycle financing from acquiring new leads to funded loans.
  • Manages collections and GPS device installation.
  • Contributes to smarter risk policies and strategy.
  • Leads end-to-end rollout of new motorcycle financing initiatives.
  • Develop and execute lead generation and testing strategies targeting motorcycle dealerships, independent shops, and consumers.
  • Act as Enablement & Training Lead for the moto vertical.
  • Conduct customer and dealer insights analysis to identify growth levers.
  • Oversee end-to-end GPS device installation and monitoring on financed motorcycles.
  • Manage vendor relationships for GPS hardware and installation services.
  • Conduct customer and dealer insights analysis to identify risk drivers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in enablement, product ops, collections, or rollout testing in fintech, retail, vehicle finance, or consulting.
  • Strong background in training design, customer insights, lead generation, and field adoption levers.
  • Familiarity with credit products, risk management, GPS/telematics solutions, and product lifecycle execution.
  • Proven ability to launch pilots and enablement programs, synthesize insights, and scale learnings.
  • Analytical and data-driven, comfortable working with KPIs (VGM, NPLs, UE, adoption metrics, recovery rates).
  • Strong communication and training facilitation skills, with the ability to influence both frontline staff and senior stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and bias for execution in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or related field.
