Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end demand forecasting process, delivering accurate forecasts across all channels and markets.
- Align commercial plans, demand forecasts, supply capacity, and financial targets, aligning external inputs with statistical forecasts.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure all marketing activity, promotions and product launches are accurately embedded into the demand plan, holding stakeholders accountable for timely and high-quality inputs.
- Work closely with Supply Planning to ensure optimal inventory availability while balancing working capital and obsolescence risk.
- Monitor and improve key planning KPIs including forecast accuracy, bias, service levels and inventory performance.
- Drive continuous improvement of forecasting processes, data quality and planning systems.
- Lead and develop the Demand Planning team, building strong analytical capability and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Demand Planning or Forecasting within retail, e-commerce or FMCG.
- Strong understanding of S&OP / Integrated Business Planning processes.
- Highly analytical with advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
- Experience working with forecasting or demand planning systems.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead planning teams.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing Demand Planning teams within a fast-paced commercial environment.
