About the role

  • Director of Client Services at The Salvation Army responsible for leadership and management of housing and treatment programs, ensuring quality care and compliance with standards.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Assistant Executive Director
  • Responsible for meeting and maintaining all THLM Housing and Treatment program requirements
  • Ensure that each program operates successfully within its assigned budget
  • Lead our Program Management Team to deliver excellent, holistic care to all clients
  • Collaborate with Program Coordinators to ensure consistency in service delivery
  • Represent Toronto Harbour Light Ministries at relevant tables and committees

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree or equivalent
  • a Member of a Provincially Regulated College (Social Work or Psychotherapy preferred)
  • Clinical supervision certification
  • Training and/or certification in management
  • Minimum five years of experience working in Substance Use / Concurrent Disorder sector
  • Minimum five years supervising a team
  • Excellent self-management and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
