About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and improve planning, methods, standards and best practices related to the operation and maintenance of data center infrastructures
- Analyze current processes and procedures and identify opportunities for improvement and standardization
- Develop and formalize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Initiate and review the preventive maintenance plan according to requirements
- Collaborate with operations teams and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution
- Monitor activities and report to management in case of delays
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3) in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a data center environment or similar critical infrastructure
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems (an asset)
- Excellent technical writing and documentation skills
- Knowledge of HVAC and electrical distribution
- Proficiency with supervision systems and CMMS (GMAO) tools
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
