About the role

Responsibilities
- Elicitation, documentation, management and review of requirements engineering (RE) documents according to the IREB standard in an agile work environment
- Conducting quality assurance (reviews) of RE documents
- Acting as the communication hub between the business unit and our software development team
- Proactively contributing ideas and improvement suggestions
- Supporting the creation and refinement of objectives (according to SMART or PAM)
- Long-term involvement throughout the entire lifecycle of our software products (new development, maintenance, …)
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in the IT field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Requirements Engineer or in a similar position
- IREB and CPUX Foundation Level certifications
- Strong technical understanding and logical thinking
- Strong analytical skills and a goal- and solution-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Team player with flexibility and empathy for different stakeholders
- Very good German language skills
