Responsibilities
Elicitation, documentation, management and review of requirements engineering (RE) documents according to the IREB standard in an agile work environment
Conducting quality assurance (reviews) of RE documents
Acting as the communication hub between the business unit and our software development team
Proactively contributing ideas and improvement suggestions
Supporting the creation and refinement of objectives (according to SMART or PAM)
Long-term involvement throughout the entire lifecycle of our software products (new development, maintenance, …)
Requirements
Completed vocational training in the IT field
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Requirements Engineer or in a similar position
IREB and CPUX Foundation Level certifications
Strong technical understanding and logical thinking
Strong analytical skills and a goal- and solution-oriented approach
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Team player with flexibility and empathy for different stakeholders
Very good German language skills
