About the role

  • Join Salon Line as a Junior Retail Marketing Analyst ensuring effective activations in-store and online. Collaborate with clients and teams to enhance brand presence and drive sales.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure online execution and the rollout of activations at physical points of sale (POS).
  • Manage client relationships and customer service, ensuring alignment between strategies, the commercial calendar and execution.
  • Work integrated across sell-in and sell-out fronts, identifying growth opportunities and supporting the development of tactical initiatives.
  • Implement and monitor Go Digital initiatives to expand presence and conversion on online channels.
  • Plan, negotiate and execute Retail Media activities, focusing on visibility, qualified traffic and sales generation.
  • Measure campaigns, perform performance analyses and provide optimization recommendations.
  • Collaborate on price monitoring and ensure flawless digital execution, maintaining standardized images, titles and descriptions.
  • Engage in prospecting new retailers, contributing to the expansion and strengthening of the brand’s presence in partner channels.

Requirements

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Digital Trade Marketing
  • Knowledge of e-commerce
  • Data interpretation skills
  • Knowledge of SEO
