About the role

  • Event Producer assisting in operational production of events for Salon Line. Supporting logistics, vendor communications, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Support the operational production of events, assisting in the development of schedules, checklists, and briefings.
  • Make initial contact with suppliers, request quotes, align basic requirements, and track deliveries.
  • Assist with setup, teardown, and operational logistics, ensuring organization and a proper workflow of activities.
  • Monitor internal requests, support administrative tasks, and assist with the department's budget control.
  • Provide support in coordinating third-party teams and overseeing studios, recordings, or simple activations.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and post-event support documents.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Audiovisual, or related fields.
  • Basic knowledge of event production (planning, logistics, and operations).
  • Basic project management knowledge (schedules, checklists).
  • Basic understanding of marketing and communications.
  • Basic administrative skills (cost control, simple budgets).
  • Knowledge of Excel.
  • Experience with management tools (Airtable, Trello, Monday, etc.).
  • Basic audiovisual knowledge (sound, lighting, and video).
