Requirements
- 12+ years of enterprise software engineering experience
- 4+ years leading engineering or architecture teams
- Deep expertise in Salesforce platform architecture
- Hands-on experience with Agentforce / conversational AI / intelligent agents
- Experience integrating LLMs and AI services into enterprise applications
- Strong knowledge of integration architectures and APIs
- Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise solutions.
- Salesforce Architect certifications (Application/System/CTA track).
- Experience with Data Cloud and RAG architectures.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience in regulated industries (Finance, Healthcare, Insurance).
- Exposure to multi-agent deployments and autonomous workflows.
