Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive website strategies targeting the SMB audience that drives engagement, optimizes experiences, and achieve new logo growth objectives
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and best practices to elevate the Salesforce website
Create strategic roadmaps for website optimization and digital experience enhancement, including working across our technology and product teams
Partner with cross-functional teams to align web strategy with broader marketing and business initiatives
Work closely with in-house UX teams to analyze user behavior, website analytics, and conversion data to identify optimization opportunities
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance website usability and customer journey
Monitor and report on key website metrics including traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI
Lead website projects from conception to launch, managing timelines and deliverables
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
7-10+ years of experience in digital marketing, web strategy, or related roles
Strong analytical skills with experience using web analytics platforms
Understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Project management experience with ability to manage multiple initiatives
