Responsibilities
Management of FPA contracts for cranes and installation contractors
Coordination of contractual matters between site managers and CTBU management
Lead coordination between project management and procurement in the contractual area
Support the construction department in handling claims against and from subcontractors in accordance with applicable contractual clauses
Validation of certifications and preparation of monthly cost reports
Responsible for the financial closing of construction projects through negotiation of claims and additional costs
Development of KPIs to address non-conformities
Assessment and qualification of contracts with a view to management approval
Requirements
Degree in Law or a combined degree in Business Administration and Law
At least 3 years' experience managing third-party/vendor contracts
Experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus
Strong English skills (at least B2–C1); German and Spanish are a plus
Ability to connect and collaborate across functions, departments and countries
Strong communication skills and a team player
Structured, organized and proactive working style
Methodical approach and solution-oriented mindset
Resilient and accustomed to working under deadline pressure in project-oriented environments
