Responsibilities
Lead the discovery process to uncover root-cause inefficiencies in Pharma, MedTech, and Healthcare providers, mapping them to Salesforce’s industry-specific innovations.
Design and deliver sophisticated solution concepts and autonomous AI agent demos (Agentforce for Life Sciences) linked to tangible business outcomes.
Act as a lead within the SE team, orchestrating the solution cycle with specialists and AEs to ensure a unified, high-impact technical strategy.
Support pipeline generation by leading workshops and briefings that challenge the HLS status quo.
Requirements
3–5 years in a role where technology and process meet (e.g., Solution Engineering, Consulting, or Digital Transformation), ideally with exposure to the HLS domain.
Business-fluent German and professional English are essential for navigating the German healthcare market and collaborating globally.
Exceptional ability to translate complex technical architectures into simple, value-driven stories for executive stakeholders.
A strong understanding of how systems connect (APIs, data flows) and an interest in the 'engine room' of AI and Data Cloud.
