About the role
- Execute intake and prioritization frameworks for L2O initiatives

Requirements
- 7+ years of Business Analysis experience with proven track record of leading complex, enterprise-wide initiatives
- Demonstrated experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership
- Proven ability to own and drive strategic projects end-to-end with measurable business impact
- Experience with Agentforce or similar agentic platforms
- Advanced stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels, from technical teams to C-suite executives
- Strategic thinking combined with tactical execution excellence - ability to "zoom" between big picture strategy and granular implementation details
- Proven track record of driving organizational change and transformation initiatives
- Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous environment with incomplete information
- Demonstrated success managing multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously with frequent context switching
- Proven track record of success in high-ambiguity, rapidly changing environments
- Demonstrated ability to context-switch efficiently between strategic and tactical work
- Experience managing competing priorities with grace under pressure
- Expert-level Salesforce platform knowledge with deep understanding of enterprise architecture and business process optimization
- Portfolio and program management experience in technology organizations
- Proven success in facilitating organizational alignment and decision-making processes
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to adjust messaging strategically for different audiences and contexts
- Salesforce certifications in Administrator and Sales Cloud Consultant
