About the role

  • Account Executive driving revenue and providing expertise in Marketing Cloud solutions for European NGOs and Nonprofits. Collaborating with teams to foster customer success and industry advocacy.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for leading European NGOs and Nonprofits
  • Educate the broader Account Teams on Salesforce Marketing and Commerce technology
  • Collaborate with Account and Territory teams to identify target organisations
  • Create and execute a strategy to drive revenue within a specified European region
  • Own the sales cycle for the entire Salesforce Marketing technology stack
  • Ensure long-term customer satisfaction, retention, and success

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software/technology sales
  • Strong Digital Marketing sales experience
  • Proven experience selling at the 'C' level
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Ability to travel as needed across European countries
