About the role
- Analista de Mídias Pagas Sr. managing paid acquisition campaigns for a leading food service technology company. Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to optimize conversion funnels and performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and optimize paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize results with a focus on CPL, ROAS and generation of actionable HRs
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure achievement of established goals and KPIs
- Prepare recurring performance reports, identifying optimization opportunities and presenting analyses and results to the team and stakeholders
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to optimize the conversion funnel, ensuring that generated traffic converts into qualified leads and, ultimately, sales
- Manage, allocate and optimize the paid media budget to ensure the best return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Implement and manage A/B tests across campaigns, creatives and landing pages to drive continuous performance improvements
- Explore new channels and paid media opportunities to expand campaign reach and efficiency
- Ensure correct flow of leads and information between systems, guaranteeing integration between media platforms, CRM and marketing tools.
Requirements
- Previous experience managing campaigns in Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- Experience in performance data analysis or related roles
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and CRM systems
- Analytical profile with a results-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
- Intermediate Excel skills with the ability to analyze and organize data
