- The IT Vendor Management Analyst is responsible for supporting the full lifecycle of third-party IT vendors, including procurement, onboarding, contract administration, performance monitoring, SLA reporting, issue management, and coordination between internal teams and suppliers. The role requires strong documentation, communication, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- ** Required Skills & Qualifications**
- 1–5 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, business analysis, project coordination, operations, customer success, or related field
- Strong understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and performance reporting
- Ability to read contracts (MSA, SOW, SLA) at a business-operations level
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent documentation skills (SOPs, trackers, reports)
- Good analytical ability; strong Excel/Google Sheets ability
- Familiarity with procurement or CLM tools (Ariba, Coupa, SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow) is a plus
