Analyse et suivi des demandes, transmission des informations
Gestion de routine de modérations
Suivi et relation partenaires diffuseurs : Relais et suivi des demandes auprès des partenaires diffuseurs
Suivi des interfaces partenaires et de tableaux de bord
Missions de soutien transverses : Mise à jour de documents et supports
Soutien ponctuel au service Marketing & Communication et aux autres services de l’entreprise.
Requirements
Formation Bac+2/3 avec une première expérience réussie (6 mois minimum) dans un environnement administratif, commercial et/ou relation clients.
Excellent sens de l’écoute et du service client
Bonne expression écrite et orale, qualités rédactionnelles.
Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et bonne organisation.
Dynamisme, enthousiasme, esprit d’équipe et bonne capacité d’adaptation.
