About the role

• Senior Product Manager at SafeNow creating a product vision for a safety app. Driving strategy, product discovery, delivery, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Product strategy & roadmap: You facilitate and shape the product vision and strategic roadmap.
• Human-centered product discovery & delivery: You take full ownership across the entire product lifecycle.
• Data-driven decision making: You define the relevant KPIs and success criteria for our product.
• Cross-functional leadership & persuasive communication: You facilitate complex decision-making processes.
• Process optimization & mentoring: You help foster a human-centered product culture.

Requirements

• Relevant product management experience: You have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in product management for digital B2C or B2B2C products.
• End-to-end delivery capability: You have a proven track record of not only designing complex products but also successfully delivering them.
• Strategic & analytical mindset: You can quickly understand complex issues and translate them into clear, prioritized recommendations for action.
• Excellent communication & facilitation skills: You are skilled at aligning diverse perspectives and driving decisions.
• Collaborative leadership mentality: You are passionate about our mission and value working in a diverse team.
• Fluent communication: You are fluent in German and English.
