About the role

  • District Manager in Training overseeing multiple store locations while driving success of store operations and fostering a high-performance culture. Managing P&L and executing organizational best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the success of store operations by conducting operational store visits
  • Oversee 2 or more store locations
  • Create a culture of high performance and high engagement
  • Inspire, influence and hold others accountable for executing strategic goals
  • Manage P&L for assigned stores

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree in Business Administration preferred
  • 4-6 years leadership and supervision experience preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record
