About the role

Responsibilities
- Identify and document the company's critical processes.
- Assess operational, financial, regulatory and compliance risks.
- Update and maintain risk and SOX internal control matrices.
- Design and implement effective internal controls.
- Perform control testing (design tests – ToD – and walkthroughs – WT).
- Identify control deficiencies.
- Define action plans and monitor their execution.
- Monitor control performance indicators.
- Support internal and external audits by providing evidence and information related to the SOX internal control matrix.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards (SOX, COSO and LGPD) and Sabesp's policies and procedures.
- Participate in internal projects focused on risk mitigation.
- Present test results and action plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Information Technology, Engineering or related fields.
- Knowledge of control frameworks (COSO, COBIT, ISO 31000).
- Experience with audit and risk management tools (e.g., Workiva, ACL, Power BI).
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability.
- Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
- Postgraduate degrees and certifications (CIA, CCSA, CRMA, etc.) are a plus.
- Knowledge of IT internal controls is a differential.
