About the role
- Analista Fiscal responsible for tax analysis and compliance in a major sanitation company. Ensuring adherence to regulations and optimizing fiscal processes while supporting audits and internal controls.
Responsibilities
- Perform analysis and calculation of direct and indirect taxes, with a focus on tax withholdings (IRRF, INSS, ISS, PIS/COFINS, CSLL).
- Ensure compliance with ancillary tax obligations and other declarations required by current legislation.
- Review tax documents (incoming invoices) ensuring the correct application of tax rules.
- Monitor changes in tax legislation, including topics such as tax reform, evaluating impacts and proposing adjustments.
- Prepare analytical reports on the company's tax burden and suggest strategies for tax optimization.
- Provide technical support during tax inspections and internal/external audits, ensuring proper documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of tax processes through the implementation of effective internal controls.
- Participate in strategic projects related to the tax area, such as systems integration and review of tax policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Tax/Fiscal area.
- Knowledge of SAP (FI-CO module).
- Solid understanding of tax rules applicable to the finance function.
- Preferred: familiarity with TaxOne.
- Advanced Excel.
