Responsibilities
- Become Argus Certified and grow your knowledge within the Commercial Real Estate field.
- Gain hands-on exposure to a range of real estate property projects across the country.

- Prepare and review cash flow models using ARGUS Enterprise.
- Learn to prepare market analyses and determine reasonable valuation assumptions.
- Review third-party appraisal reports as part of the valuation management process.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong skills in business writing, research, quantitative and analytical skills
- Proficient in Excel (x-lookups, pivot tables, DCF models); familiarity with ARGUS Enterprise is a plus
