Responsibilities
Manage assigned accounts in the Business Unit
Educate/develop customer interest in additional Ryder services
Maintain regular contact with customers
Develop a sales penetration plan
Present Ryder services and capabilities
Develop relationships with all customer buying influencers
Ensure contracted services are delivered to customers
Conduct regularly scheduled customer reviews
Monitor VOC results by account
Update CRM with relevant account-specific details and interactions
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or transportation, or equivalent experience
2 years or more experience providing service to customers
2 years or more experience selling to customers

Pricing experience
Able to travel daily to customer locations within 120 miles of the Indianapolis area
