About the role

Responsibilities
- Provides leadership and expertise associated with the definition, selection, implementation, and ongoing support for technologies leveraged by Ryder

- Implements disaster recovery and business continuity strategies
- Drives performance optimization and capacity planning for compute, storage, and network resources
- Collaborates with architects, SMEs, and PMs to support business projects requiring Infrastructure & Operations services
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Information Technology required
- Minimum of 3 years experience in providing IT Operations support required
- Experience of IT Operations technologies and processes including endpoint, network, server, SAN, monitoring, backup, patching, DR, ITSM
- Background in IT Security, specifically IT Risk, Vulnerability Management, and system best practices
- Proven experience in a technical support group and working with technical Project Management
- Understanding and experience with the delivery of IT Operations services
