Responsibilities

  • As a Customer Success Manager, your role is to deliver exceptional service to our clients by answering questions and finding solutions to issues related to our products and services.
  • You will make a daily impact by supporting our diverse clients and partners in the restaurant industry.
  • You will handle incoming requests and consistently aim to create a positive experience for every client.
  • You will contribute to documenting our internal processes to streamline the client onboarding journey.
  • You will take part in selling products or services that may better meet clients' needs.
