- Produce analyses (financial, operational and strategic) with a multidisciplinary perspective.
- Identify risks, opportunities and alternative solutions to problems across areas.
- Participate in the development and review of each brand's strategies.
- Assist in defining goals, KPIs and action plans.
- Monitor progress and ensure each area is aligned with executive priorities.
- Be the "connector" between teams, accelerating decision-making.
Requirements
- Experience in project leadership, PMO, consulting, planning or strategic roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
- Experience working across multiple business areas (finance, commercial, marketing, tech, operations).
- Strong analytical and consultative skills.
- Excellent communication and clarity.
