About the role

  • Generalist Project Leader serving as a bridge between CEOs and internal teams in Brazil. Facilitating communication, strategic decisions, and project management across various domains.

Responsibilities

  • Generalist professional with a consultative mindset and the ability to operate across different areas.
  • Will act as a bridge between the CEOs and the teams, facilitating communication, supporting strategic decisions, and leading analyses and projects.
  • Serve as the focal point between the brands' CEOs and internal areas (marketing, tech, finance and commercial).
  • Produce analyses (financial, operational and strategic) with a multidisciplinary perspective.
  • Identify risks, opportunities and alternative solutions to problems across areas.
  • Participate in the development and review of each brand's strategies.
  • Assist in defining goals, KPIs and action plans.
  • Monitor progress and ensure each area is aligned with executive priorities.
  • Be the "connector" between teams, accelerating decision-making.

Requirements

  • Experience in project leadership, PMO, consulting, planning or strategic roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
  • Experience working across multiple business areas (finance, commercial, marketing, tech, operations).
  • Strong analytical and consultative skills.
  • Excellent communication and clarity.
