Responsibilities
Implementing our clients' product ideas from development through to market launch is your primary responsibility.
You keep an overall view: organizing, structuring, and monitoring objectives – you manage the project from client idea to delivery.
You coordinate collaboration with Key Account Management, R&D, Purchasing and Production – acting as the central interface to ensure seamless processes.
You work in close coordination with national and international clients.
You participate in product tastings and develop your sensory evaluation skills.
You coordinate item creation in the master data system and review private label packaging.
You serve as the link to external service providers (agencies, printers) both domestically and internationally.
You support Sales in customer relationship management.
Requirements
Completed vocational training with experience in project management in the food industry, or a degree in business administration.
Initial experience in the consumer goods sector with private labels is a plus but not required.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Structured and solution-oriented working style.
Resilience, self-initiative and results orientation.
Confident user of MS Office.
Good English skills; additional foreign languages are welcome.
