  • District Manager responsible for enforcing sales and marketing measures in defined territories. Engaging with various clients and optimizing product placement.

Responsibilities

  • Implement marketing and sales measures within a defined sales territory
  • Merchandise planning, implement listings, and optimize product presence on shelf
  • Independently and proactively manage assigned grocery (LEH) and foodservice customers
  • Execute sales promotions and point-of-sale activities
  • Build and maintain new, sustainable customer relationships
  • Prepare for and participate in trade fairs
  • Report on market developments

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/vocational training
  • Several years of experience in consumer goods sales or in grocery retail (LEH)
  • Goal-oriented, results-driven, and structured working style
  • Good communication skills with strong customer and team orientation
  • High degree of initiative and commitment
  • Confident user of MS Office
  • Ideally based in the Magdeburg area
  • Willingness to travel, including overnight stays within the sales territory
