Expansionsmanager managing location development and site assessment for business growth in northern and eastern Germany. Collaborating with internal departments and overseeing project implementation.
Responsibilities
As an Expansion Manager (m/f/d) you will actively support the expansion of our site portfolio in northern and eastern Germany — with a focus on Schleswig-Holstein, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Berlin, Brandenburg and Hamburg.
You can work either from our headquarters in Düsseldorf or from our Berlin or Hamburg offices.
You will review and perform a structured preliminary assessment of incoming property offers (e.g., from food retailers, retail parks, leisure and service properties) and evaluate them for their suitability for our business model.
You are responsible for obtaining relevant location information, preparing project data sheets and organizing and conducting internal coordination meetings to support decision-making.
In close coordination with internal specialist departments and management, you will support the development of potential sites up to final project approval.
You will oversee existing and new sites during project implementation and act as the contact person for follow-up, coordination and communication — both internally and externally.
Additionally, you will support the planning, organization and distribution of sales-related materials and campaigns — without active sales or new customer acquisition duties.
