- Responsible for developing a deep understanding of the firm’s enterprise resource management strategy
- Lead analytical delivery, reporting strategy, and solution enablement across the Enterprise Resource Management Office (ERMO)
- Translate business needs into analytical solutions, dashboards, and insights aligned to ERMO and Dayshape program objectives
- Identify trends, risks, and resourcing gaps and convert analysis into actionable recommendations for leadership
- Serve as a subject matter expert for enterprise resource management data, reporting standards, and analytical best practices
- Act as an escalation point for complex analytical or data related issues tied to Dayshape operations
- Lead initiatives to improve reporting efficiency, data quality, and analytical processes
- Establish governance standards for metrics definitions, reporting consistency, and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, analytical, business, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4+ years of relevant experience in analytics, business analysis, resource management, or enterprise reporting
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel based analysis, modeling, and visualization
- Strong analytical judgment with the ability to translate complex data into business ready insights
- Experience with reporting governance, data quality management, and process optimization
- Strong working knowledge of AI enabled analytics and prompt engineering concepts
- Ability to effectively interact with people on an individual or team basis
- Strong oral and written communication skills including email and technical writing
- Genuine interest and strong aptitude for use of technology
- Great attention to detail and quality
- Ability to assist people with resolutions, especially when timelines are short.
