- Senior Accountant handling tax compliance and accounting responsibilities for a Brazilian company. Focused on managing various financial statements and fiscal obligations in Rio de Janeiro.
Responsibilities
- Statutory/ancillary tax filings (DIRF, ECD, ECF)
- Calculation of taxes under the Lucro Real regime (IRPJ and CSLL)
- Financial statements
- Reconciliations
- Payroll accounting (journal entries)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Ciências Contábeis)
- Active CRC (Brazilian professional accounting registration)
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Experience in BPO environments under the Lucro Real tax regime is a plus
- Familiarity with integrated ERP systems such as TOTVS and MXM is a plus
- Intermediate English is a plus
