- Implement continuous improvements to the ERP system to increase operational effectiveness;
- Plan, prepare, and deliver relevant training for the team and clients;
- Produce strategic management reports, offering valuable insights to support decision-making;
- Plan and execute tax planning strategies for clients;
- Identify and analyze potential impacts arising from accounting failures and propose solutions;
- Manage special projects, ensuring delivery on time and to the expected quality;
- Oversee and coordinate all accounting activities across the company;
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive organizational growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Sciences Contábeis) or equivalent;
- Active registration with the Regional Accounting Council (CRC);
- Advanced command of Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and related tools;
- Advanced or fluent English proficiency, with ability to communicate orally and in writing.
