Responsibilities
Take ownership of a region within the UK to support business growth
Work closely with Sales teams to provide solutions, particularly in Inventory and Procurement
Coach the Account Management team in solution design and value proposition
Collaborate with Sales leaders for quality customer discovery
Support accelerating solution opportunities through the sales pipeline
Requirements
4+ years of experience in consultative solutions-based sales
Proven track record in driving sales growth
Experience in the MRO businesses or similar industry
Ability to coach and develop sales teams
Strong consultative selling skills
Continuous Improvement qualifications and / or experience is a plus.
Experience in B2B environment such as industry, industrial distribution, logistics or business services sector is preferred.
Strong background in value selling.
Business process mapping and optimisation
Capability in business planning and project management.
