About the role

  • Manager Risiko- und Auslagerungsmanagement at a traditional bank focusing on private clients. Responsible for regulatory compliance and risk management practices in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for risk and outsourcing management
  • Implementation of regulatory requirements in risk management
  • Conducting materiality analyses and contract reviews
  • Collaboration with senior management and other departments

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as a bank clerk and/or degree in business administration or equivalent (e.g. Bank Academy/VWA)
  • Excellent IT skills (including MS Office) and a strong affinity for IT
  • Knowledge of WpIG (§ 40, §§ 43–46) and WpI‑MaRisk (AT 4, AT 9, BT 2)
  • Experience in risk management at smaller institutions (basic processes, reporting, light stress tests)
  • Outsourcing expertise: materiality analysis, contract review, maintaining registers
  • Ability to maintain segregation of duties and to collaborate with Compliance/Internal Audit
  • Reporting and coordination with senior management and supervisory authorities
