About the role

  • Head of Performance and Growth leading credit strategies for profitability and data-driven initiatives at RPE. Focusing on risk management and financial growth in retail sector.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the performance and growth strategy for credit, with ownership of the full cycle:
  • origination → activation → monetization → collections → loss. Profitability of private-label operations in retail.
  • Ability to translate complex models into measurable financial impact
  • Create business plans for private-label and co‑branded credit operations
  • Manage a team focused on growth and growth initiatives
  • Develop new business and monetization models
  • Model credit unit economics and P&L
  • Build actionable metrics for performance, risk and monetization
  • Structure performance-focused roadmaps involving technology, data and product

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance or related fields
  • MBA, specialization or postgraduate degree in Finance, Analytics, Risk Management, Economics or Strategy
  • Proven experience in leadership roles focused on credit, risk, collections, performance and/or growth
  • Strong background in retail, financial services, payments, consumer credit, BNPL, banks, fintechs, private‑label programs and co‑branded cards
  • Experience building and executing business plans, forecasting and financial models
  • Experience managing collections and initiatives to improve retail profitability
