Responsibilities
Drive regional pipeline growth across EMEA through field marketing and partner-led programs
Assist in the creation, execution, and measurement of regional field marketing programs
Plan and execute co-marketing initiatives with partners
Act as the key marketing liaison for partners in-region
Collaborate across teams to develop localized messaging and assets
Manage end-to-end logistics for regional and partner events
Track and analyze performance metrics and share actionable insights to improve ROI
Requirements
4+ years of experience in field or regional marketing within a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environment
Hands-on track record of planning and executing marketing programs that drive pipeline and customer engagement
Strong cross-functional collaborator, comfortable working with Sales, Partnerships, and Product Marketing teams
Solid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once in a fast-paced environment
Data-driven mindset and feel confident using tools like Salesforce or HubSpot to analyze performance
Based in EMEA and willing to travel approximately 20% for events
