About the role

  • Analyst transforming consumer behavior data into insights for marketing. Engaging in performance analysis and Business Intelligence solutions within a strategic team.

Responsibilities

  • We are a strategic team responsible for turning data into decisions.
  • We work on campaign and event performance analysis, on developing Business Intelligence solutions, and on generating insights about consumer behavior, journey and experience, supporting leadership in decision-making.
  • The team has a strong interface with technology, data and business, and is responsible for executive reports, dashboards and analytical studies on consumer behavior and journey that directly impact the company’s results.
  • Analyze consumer interactions with the company’s various initiatives (CRM, benefits, promotions, events and marketing activities);
  • Generate strategic insights from data to support tactical and executive decisions;
  • Develop and enhance management dashboards and reports in Power BI;
  • Monitor KPIs, ensuring data quality, consistency and critical interpretation of the data;
  • Conduct analyses and studies on consumer behavior, journey and experience, identifying patterns, opportunities and areas for improvement;
  • Support the development and evolution of consumer experience indicators (e.g., NPS, satisfaction and engagement);
  • Conduct market studies, trend analyses and benchmarking;
  • Prepare analyses, executive reports and presentations for senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed;
  • Strong analytical skills, logical reasoning and structured thinking;
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI (mandatory), including data modeling, DAX and interactive dashboards;
  • Solid knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Office suite;
  • Ability to cross-reference different data sources and turn information into insights;
  • Good communication skills to present analyses to diverse audiences;
  • Interest in consumer behavior, customer experience and journey;
  • Experience in retail or shopping centers will be a differential.
