Responsibilities
As a Senior SEA Manager, you take strategic and operational ownership of our entire Google Ads setup.
You drive performance with a focus on profitability, develop scalable concepts and gradually transition the agency setup into a strong in-house structure.
You are responsible for the performance of the entire Google Ads portfolio (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube).
You develop scalable SEA strategies focused on revenue, ROAS and profit—data-driven and measurable.
You manage and challenge our SEA agency, delegate operational tasks and define clear concepts, tests and priorities.
You prepare the handover from the agency and build sustainable in-house standards and setups.
You analyze KPIs and budgets and derive concrete optimization measures for growth and efficiency.
You work closely with Tracking, Creatives, E-commerce and Management and consider the funnel holistically.
Requirements
You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the Google Ads / SEA domain, ideally in e-commerce.
You have proven experience managing larger budgets and scaling them profitably (ROAS, POAS, revenue).
You possess a deep understanding of Search, Shopping and Performance Max mechanics.
You work strategically and analytically, can develop concepts and execute or delegate them cleanly on an operational level.
You have experience in agency management and confidently act as a sparring partner.
You work in a structured, self-directed way and have high quality standards for setups and results.
